Fun Day night is the new name for our company. We are transitioning everything over to our new site at https://fundaynight.com, in the meantime we are keeping the Ultimate Inflatable site going to make sure that we don't leave anyone behind.
Yes. Our website displays the real time availability of all of our attractions, making it easy for you to put your order together.
Absolutely! Just call 801-916-9988 and we would be happy to take your order.
We always offer packages for people who order multiple items that offer a significant savings. Just call us and we can build a custom package just for you. Like many companies, we also run promotions from time to time. When we do, they will be posted to our home page and to our social media sites. Rather than offering high prices and lots of discounts, we have prefer to simply make our prices as competitive as possible.
If it is for a similar item with the same value. We are fully insured and we offer a full-service experience using commercial-grade inflatables. Few of our competitors offer the same service and most of them offer significantly less, which is why their prices are often so low,, and why we won't match their price.
Yes. You simply tell us when and where you want your event and we will take care of everything else.
Yes. We take Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
We do not accept personal checks. We do accept some business checks. Please call and we can help you make these arrangements.
Yes, if the deposit has been paid using a credit card of some sort.
We do offer refunds in some situations. Please read our rental agreement for more details.
A bad path to your site can prevent us from delivering your order. The path should be fairly smooth, level and wide enough for us to move the equipment without damaging anything. Because the units often weigh hundreds of pounds, we cannot take them up or down stairs or steps of any kind. Hills or slopes, including backyards with walkout basements, also present challenges because of the possibility of personal injury caused by pushing a heavy unit up the hill, or the danger of a runaway unit going down the hill.
If you have a hill or slope, please call us and we will help you determine whether we can make the delivery. If we arrive and cannot make the delivery you will still be charged an aborted order fee. Gates and doors must be at least the width required by the largest unit. We cannot lift units over fences or take them through houses.
The site should be fairly level and large enough to allow at least one foot of clearance on the top and all sides except for around the entrance and exit which should at least five feet clearance.
Yes. Grass is the best surface to set up on. It is also the cheapest. Please make sure to clear any rocks, sticks or animal droppings from the site. We will not set up until the site is clean.
Yes. Please make sure that the room is large enough, including ceiling height, and that the doors are large enough for us to bring our equipment in. If you have any questions, please call.
Most of our units can be, but there is an additional fee to do so to cover the additional cost of the tarps and sandbags need for such a setup.
Our standard delivery area is Salt Lake and Utah Counties, but we deliver all along the Wasatch Front. We offer free delivery anywhere within a 25 mile radius from Thanksgiving Point in Lehi, Utah. Areas outside of this radius have a travel fee based on distance to help offset the extra fuel and labor costs incurred in delivery.
That depends on the number of orders, their locations and start times. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a really busy day we may need to set up as early as 4 hours before your event or pick up the order as late as 4 hours after the event. In any case, we will call the day before to let you know what time we expect to be there.
That depends on the unit, but please don’t worry about setup times. Just enter the time that you want everything to be ready for your event. We will calculate how long it will take to set everything up and make sure that we are finished by the time that you have given us.
Yes. You will need to tell us where and how you would like everything, and to sign the contract once we are finished. After that you will need to supervise the inflatable until we return.
Yes. We clean and disinfect before every rental.
The power demands for each unit varies, but the power requirements for each unit can be found on that product’s web page.
We will bring extension cords with us, but 100’ is the limit on how far we can go using an extension cord. There is some physics involved, but basically beyond 100’ the resistance inside the extension cords will cause the cords to overheat and melt.
The easy answer is that nothing will run. Insufficient power is one of the biggest problems we face as we set up events. If you are not sure if you will have enough power, please call us and we can walk you through what you will need. If we know early enough, we can add the proper number generators to your order.
If we arrive and find that there is not enough power, then things become a lot more complicated. Because we are on a schedule, we generally do not have time to get a generator or wait for one to be delivered. This means that we will not be able to set up your order, you will be charged an aborted delivery fee, and it just turns into a bad day for all of us. A simple call could have prevented all of this.
Absolutely, but please be aware that most generators are not large enough to power a blower. Please call us and we can tell you what size of a generator you will need for your order.
It depends on the generator and the power requirements of the unit. Please give us a call and we can better answer this question.
When setting up on grass we use metal stakes. On asphalt or concrete we use sandbags. Please be aware that the stakes or sandbags do not stop the unit from flying away, if the wind is strong enough, they will blow away regardless of how it is secured. The only safe practice is to get everyone off and deflate the unit until the wind dies down.
Most units can handle a little rain if they are left inflated, however electrical cords used to power the unit lie on the ground and could cause a shock hazard in the case of rain.
No. Inflatables can attract lightning, especially water slides. If you see lightning, please turn the unit off until 30 minutes after the last lightning strike.
No. Many units are not designed for water and if you get them wet it may damage the unit. Even units that are designed for water need to be set up a certain way to prevent damage. If you put water on a unit that was intended to be dry you will be charged for damages.
Yes, but please be aware that many parks require reservations and not all parks allow inflatables. It is your responsibility to contact the park office to secure your reservation and get the approvals necessary.
Some do, most don’t. If they do, it’s often hard to know the size of the breaker. So either way, you are generally better off planning to rent a generator.
You can find a link to the rental agreement in the footer.
If the damage occurs due to failure to follow our instructions, the safety rules or due to negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the damaged equipment. Because the safety mesh should not be pulled or held onto in any manner, you are responsible to any damage done to it.
You are not financially responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation.
An adult must be present at all times to supervise the use of all units. For special requirements unique to each unit, please check the delivery requirements listed on the product's page.
They vary by unit. Check the size listed with each unit on their product page.
